What we do


We find and place the right person for your most critical roles — from senior professionals through to C-suite. Before we search, we spend time getting the brief exactly right. Most failed searches fail because the brief is unclear, not because the right candidate does not exist.

Once the brief is sharp, we map the market, approach candidates discreetly, assess rigorously, and present a shortlist you can act on. The same senior consultant who speaks with you at the start is accountable for the outcome. There are no handoffs.

How we work


We start with a Role Scoping Session — one focused conversation with your hiring team that challenges assumptions about what good actually looks like in this role, in your organisation, at this moment. Most clients tell us this session alone was worth the engagement.

 From there we move to market mapping, discreet candidate approach, structured assessment, and a shortlist. We facilitate the interview process and stay alongside you through offer and onboarding — because a placement that does not stick is not a successful placement.
