succession planning and workforce solutions. Renowned for her client-focused approach, Hasnah has built strong networks with GLCs and GLICs, bridging talent with opportunity and empowering businesses to achieve strategic growth and organizational excellence.
Fadhli Abdul Malek
Consulting Partner (Digital HR & IT)
Fadhli has over 20 years of experience and specialized in multiple industry domain including ERP, Financial Service, Public Sector, Local Council as well as Regulatory. He has worked throughout different transformation program from designing, developing blueprint and well into implementation. He is also highly experienced in large scale transformation program for Financial Sector, Oil & Gas, Government Linked Companies (GLCs) as well as Telecommunication.

As Director, Business Development and Staffing at HCR Malaysia, she oversees P&L, strategic planning, client relationship management, and business development.
